Our office is conveniently located on Wilshire Blvd. just west of Robertson Blvd. in Beverly Hills. Parking is available in the building for a nominal fee. We do not validate.

Office hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm.

Emergency after-hours coverage is provided by one of the physicians. The On-Call doctor can be reached by dialing the main number:

Our friendly and efficient Front Office Staff will assist you to arrange an appointment that is most convenient.

To schedule an appointment please call us at 310-657-1600.

We request a 24 hour notice if you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment so that we can accommodate other patients who need to see the doctor.

 

INSURANCE:

Our physicians and nurse practitioner are providers for the major PPO insurance plans. Please call the office for information about your specific plan.

We provide courtesy insurance billing for all patients insurance plans and work with each patient to maximize their out-of-network insurance benefits.

Payment is appreciated at the time of service for all co-pays, deductibles and services not covered by insurance. Our friendly Check-Out Staff will assist in accepting payment via cash, check or major credit card. Return appointments are made by these staff members as well.
